About the Role
This hybrid role combines customer success and site coordination. You will be the bridge between our customers and internal teams, ensuring seamless operations across our deployed sites. You will manage customer needs, oversee on-site testing, and facilitate smooth communication between stakeholders. This position requires occasional travel to customer locations and a solid technical aptitude.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers on-site, ensuring their needs and concerns are addressed promptly.
- Coordinate activities across multiple deployment sites, including scheduling tests and managing operational requirements.
- Work closely with the internal team to plan and execute testing procedures that require on-site presence.
- Gather and communicate feedback from customers, ensuring continuous improvement of our solutions.
- Assist in troubleshooting technical issues and provide on-site support as needed.
- Develop, evolve and maintain our configuration management across multiple sites.
- Travel to different sites to oversee activities, provide training, and ensure smooth operations.
Who You Are:
- Excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills, capable of interacting with customers and internal teams effectively.
- Organized and detail-oriented, able to juggle multiple tasks and prioritize accordingly.
- Comfortable with technology and ideally familiar with using a terminal for basic troubleshooting.
- Experience in customer success, site coordination, or technical project management is a plus.
- Willing to travel to customer sites.
- Security clearance is a requirement for this role.
